Terms of Service

The RankJet service is operated by Denis Faerman, a sole proprietor (hereinafter "RankJet", "the Service", "we", "us"). These terms of service govern your use of the Service, available at rankjet.co and in the application at app.rankjet.co. Using the Service, registering for it or opening an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms and of our privacy policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

RankJet is a system for automating search engine optimization (SEO) and content writing. The Service discovers keywords, generates articles with the help of artificial intelligence and publishes them to a site you own, subject to the connections and the settings you choose.

We do not guarantee ranking results, traffic or any specific performance in Google, in search engines or in AI engines. Ranking in search engines depends on many factors that are not under our control.

Use of the Service is permitted to users aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. When opening an account you must provide accurate and up to date details and keep your access credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity carried out in your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service is provided under a paid monthly subscription model. The trial period is 7 days and requires a payment method to be entered up front. At the end of the trial period, and unless you cancelled before then, the subscription will renew automatically and you will be charged the monthly subscription fee.

Payments are processed through the payment provider Stripe. You do not give us your full credit card details, and they are managed by the payment provider only.

You can cancel the subscription at any time through the account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can keep using the Service until that date. Unless required otherwise by law, we do not give refunds for partial periods that have been used.

We may update subscription prices. A price change will not apply to a billing period that was paid for in advance, and reasonable advance notice will be given.

You undertake to use the Service for lawful purposes only. It is prohibited to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is abusive, misleading, copyright infringing, unlawful or in breach of the rights of a third party, and it is prohibited to attempt to harm the security of the Service, to circumvent usage limits or to place an unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for making sure it complies with applicable law and with the policies of the platforms it is published to.

The content the system generates for you and that is published on your site is yours, and you may use it as you wish. You bear the responsibility for reviewing and editing the content before publication.

Apart from the content created for you, all rights in the Service itself, including the software, the design, the logo and the RankJet trademarks, are reserved to us. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

The Service allows connections to external services such as Google Search Console and content management systems (for example WordPress). The connection is made with your authorization and under your responsibility, and you confirm that you hold the permissions required in order to connect and manage those accounts and sites.

Use of third-party services is also subject to the terms and the policies of those providers.

We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee continuous, fault-free operation. The Service is provided as it is ("AS IS") and as available, and we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of traffic or loss of data, arising from the use of the Service or from the inability to use it.

In any event, our total liability towards you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. In the event of a material change, reasonable notice will be given. Continued use of the Service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may stop using the Service and cancel the account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless determined otherwise by a mandatory law that applies to you as a consumer.
